APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
Phone lines will be open for appointments from 8.30am - 10.30am for morning appointments, and from 1pm - 2.30pm for afternoon appointments. Telephone 01656 740359. All appointments will be triaged first by a GP. A face-to-face appointment time can then be arranged with the GP if needed.
You can also pre-book appointments with a GP, nurse or health-care assistant/phlebotomist. The GP appointment will be via telephone initially, at which point a face-to-face appointment can be arranged if needed.
Phone lines are open for general enquiries and to book routine appointments from 8.00am - 6.30pm.
Routine appointments can also be booked via the NHS Wales App
We have designated clinics with our nursing team for Chronic Disease Reviews, Smear Clinic, Dressing Clinics and Phlebotomy Services.
Emergency Appointments: We have a duty doctor who is available to take any emergency appointments outside the usual appointment times.
Under 16s: Most of our GP appointments are on the day, and this includes same-day access for those who are under 16. Please try to ring during our appointment hours. Urgent matters will be deal with outside these hours.
Home Visits: All home visit requests should be made as early as possible, before 10.30am. The GP will review whether a home visit is required and arrange this with you.
